Account Access: 

Your Full Access or Prepear Gold subscription is intended for the use of a single household and should not be shared with anyone outside of your household. Sharing subscriptions with others outside of your household may result in termination of your subscription. You must have an active account in good standing to access paid meal planning content and premium features. Prepear reserves the right to terminate any subscription at any time for any reason, in which case we will refund any unused portion of your subscription.

Promotions:

We may occasionally offer promotions. The specific terms of each promotion are stated at the time the promotion is offered. Each promotion may be different. Promotions cannot be combined.

If you decide to sign-up for a subscription after a free promotion you have participated in ends, then you will be required to provide your payment details. Your subscription will be subject to the rates displayed when you agree to the subscription.

We will not notify you in advance that the promotional period is about to end.

Pricing: 

Prepear may change our subscription pricing at any time. If a price change will affect existing subscribers, we will notify you via email and give you at least two weeks to opt out of any price change if you do not wish to continue your subscription at the new price.  Prices stated on our website exclude applicable taxes, and unless otherwise noted are in US Dollars.

Billing & Renewal Policy:

This Billing & Renewal Policy is for all subscriptions and purchases made on any platform or website other than the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. See Apple App Store and Google Play Store Billing and Renewal Policy below.

By starting your Prepear Gold Subscription and providing or designating a payment method, you authorize us to charge you a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscription fee depending on the term of your subscription, at the then-current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Prepear service, such as taxes or possible transaction fees, to your payment method. All paid Prepear subscriptions will be automatically renewed and your payment method on file will be charged on the ending date of your current billing period unless you complete an order cancellation prior to the billing date.

Apple App Store and Google Play Store Billing & Renewal Policy:

By starting your Prepear Gold Subscription through the Prepear App on your Apple or Google device, you authorize Apple or Google to charge your credit card through your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You authorize Apple or Google to charge you a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual subscription fee depending on the term of your subscription, at the then-current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Prepear service, such as taxes or possible transaction fees, to your iTunes or Google Play account. Your subscription will automatically renew, and your account will be charged the amount of your subscription, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To end a subscription, disable auto-renewal in your iTunes or Google Play account settings and allow the current period to end. It will not be possible to immediately cancel a subscription. Refunds are not available for unused portions of a subscription.

Payment methods:

You may edit your payment method information by visiting our website and logging into your account. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your payment method information or cancel your account (see, “Subscription Cancellation Policy” below), you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the payment method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. For certain payment methods, the issuer of your payment method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your payment method service provider for details.

If your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your subscription, product or access will be terminated. Contact us at help@prepear.com if you believe your access was terminated in error.

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing help@prepear.com or by cancelling your subscription through your account.  After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid subscription until your next billing date. Cancellations will be processed Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST. Cancellations should be requested two business days in advance of your next billing date to ensure they are effective prior to your next bill.

Subscription Refund Policy:

We are confident that you will be happy with your Prepear subscription, that’s why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.  If within 30 days of purchasing your subscription you are unsatisfied for any reason you may request a refund by sending an email to help@prepear.com.

A refund will only be granted once for each subscriber, so if you sign up again after cancelling and requesting a refund you will still be able to cancel, but will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Terms of Use:

Prepear subscription users are also subject to the same Terms of Use that are applicable to all Prepear users.
