This weekly plan consists of 7 dinner ideas with side dish suggestions and a make-ahead breakfast option. At least 4 recipes take 30 minutes or less to prepare, 4 are vegetarian or have a vegetarian alternative, and 1 is a seafood dish.

In addition, we offer special features that are designed to make things easier for busy individuals and families. All recipes have what we call Scramble Flavor Boosters, which are seasonings or ingredients you can add to take it up a notch. In addition, we have added features to make meal prep even easier including, Do Ahead or Delegate suggestions that you can take care of over the weekend and slow cooker and/or Instant Pot directions so that can set it and forget it. Finally, each recipe includes a tip which might be a cooking hack or interesting tidbit on healthy living.
