Meal Plan Description

This plan consists of 7 dinner ideas with side dish suggestions and a make-ahead breakfast option. At least 4 recipes take 30 minutes or less to prepare, 4 are vegetarian or have a vegetarian alternative, and 1 is a seafood dish. All recipes also have what we call Scramble Flavor Boosters, which are seasonings or ingredients you can add to take it up a notch. In addition, we have added features to make meal prep even easier including, Do Ahead or Delegate suggestions that you can take care of over the weekend and slow cooker and/or Instant Pot directions so that can set it and forget it. Finally, each recipe includes a tip which might be a cooking hack or interesting tidbit on healthy living.
